And now;

So, apparently deviantART is now allowing art theft?
If you work hard on something, for example, imagine you did one of the coolest Jeff picture ever. You are really proud of yourself and it took you ages. Then you draw a BEN picture, or a gift to another person.....

Then, imagine you make a character. They are a character you love, you put your heart into making them how you wanted. They may even represent you and your emotion.

Now people are just allowed to steal, trace or recolour those images. So, if I had Jester for example, (one of my characters acceptablee.deviantart.com/fav… that I love to pieces) people are now allowed to steal or claim her has their own.

The admins will not care.

And we have to ask the theif to take it down (even if they don't listen)

...This is a load of crap.

I mean, I can understand a new member coming to deviantART and thinking they can upload what they want, (trust me, when I first joined the site this is what I did, and people were very rude to me. But I was quite young so I was a dumbass back lol) but then kindly taking it down; That's fine...

It's just the trolls who yell and scream at people and recolour without consideration or just blatantly stealing your characters. :l
